What do I need for an online consultation?
A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. Choose a quiet, well-lit spot where your pet feels comfortable.
Which concerns can be handled online?
Behaviour and nutrition advice, minor skin issues, follow-ups after treatment, medication questions and general wellness guidance are ideal for virtual care.
When should I visit the clinic instead?
Emergencies such as breathing difficulty, severe injury, poisoning or collapse need in-person care right away. If your vet needs a physical exam or tests, we will arrange a clinic visit.
Can I get a prescription online?
Where appropriate and permitted, our vets can recommend or renew medication after the consultation. Some prescriptions require a recent in-clinic examination.
